Roulette is a game of chance which originated in France during the 17th century. The chips can then be placed on the layout on the table until the ball bounces to the wining number. When the dealer places a marker on the winning number, the person who has betted on the same can claim his winnings.
The game begins when the players make their bets by placing coins or chips on the table. The dealer then spins the plastic ball in a direction opposite to that of the wheel. When the ball bounces and settles on a number, it is declared as the winning number by the dealer. Those players who were lucky enough to make a bet on that number will take in the winnings depending on the odds.
